Go to Settings
Select the correct location (when you have multiple venues)
Then click on Integrations.
Here you'll see the available POS integrations, including tebi
Retrieving your personal API token from tebi
To connect tebi, you'll first need to request the correct API key from tebi, which you can find in your own tebi back office -> settings -> apps & services. Click on 'Activate Soigné integration'. Here you'll see the API token, which you will copy and paste into Soigné.
Connect tebi to Soigné
Fill in:
tebi API key — the key/token you received from Tebi
URL — this is usually
https://live.tebi.coPort — usually
443
Once filled in, click Create installation.
Where to find your revenue data after connecting
Go to scheduling.
Here you'll see a small meter icon next to each day, click it to open the Forecast view.
This shows your forecasted vs. actual revenue per day, along with employer costs, wage cost %, productivity, and an overall health indicator (green = on target, orange = at risk, red = off track). You can set your wage cost % and productivity targets per day under Scenarios (low, medium, or high revenue day), and Soigné will show in real time whether your roster is on track based on the incoming revenue data.
