Via the Soigné recruitment widget on your restaurant's website (the sign-up widget on your 'Work with us' page), candidates can apply directly. They come in automatically, straight into your own Soigné environment. Use this widget for recruiting by, for example, placing it as a shortcut in your marketing materials, or by asking your current managers/team members to point candidates to the website. This works fast. Within no time you can move on to hiring and creating a contract!
Manual adding also works via Recruitment → Add candidate in the right corner. Fill in whatever information you have, with at least a first and last name, job title, email address, and phone number. At the stage where the contract is created and sent, the employee will fill in any missing details themselves.
Someone returning to the same group, a seasonal worker, or an internal move between locations? Create a new contract from the existing profile → Last employement, click on the 3 dots → Rehire ...
Do not create a new (double) profile. That keeps their history, anciënniteit (seniority), and accrued rights intact.
Is rehire not working because the team isn't clickable, or because there's no 'new contract' option? Switch to a different location briefly and back again, that usually clears the cache. If it still doesn't work after that, message us through the chat.
