Difference between employee app and owner / manager portal
Soigné has an app for employees and a 'portal' on your laptop for managers and owners (portal.soigne.app).
It's not by default that if you are a manager in the portal, that you can also access the app.
The app is build for people that actually work on the floor, need to see their shifts, schedule of their team, worked hours, clock hours, see their payslips and contract, etc.
Why you probably don't have access
It could be that you are an owner that never works on the floor, therefor are not part of a team, therefor don't have access to the app.
There is an exception to this. When you are a manager that schedules and approves hours, you probably also work on the floor. Therefor you have an employment and are part of one or multiple teams. In that case you can access the app and you can adjust schedules there and complete scheduling tasks like approving hours, holidays and shift swaps.
We don't want to promote owners that never work on the floor to approve hours. Since they won't have a view on who was late, when everyone was done working and how long someones break was.
How to still get access
If you still want access to the employee app while not being an employee, you can add yourself as a freelancer under People. Then you can add your freelancer profile to one or multiple teams that use Scheduling. After you've done this, you can log in to the app with the email address you created your freelancer with.
Please note that you need to be a freelancer in a team in each location you want to see in the app. If you have multiple locations but your freelancer is only part of a team of one location, you only see that one location in the app.
