Who approves hours, and how do I change that?

By default Soigné assigns one task owner per team for hours approval. Configure this under Settings → Roles → Task owners, with a tab per team.
If you want multiple managers to be able to approve — for example, whichever floor manager is on shift — give them extra rights via Settings → Permissions. Grant them team-level access at 'Manager'. From then on, pending hours show up in their task list.


Approval task keeps coming back? This usually happens when hours were added manually after the original approval. The system treats those as a new approval item. Message Soigné support and we'll clear the lingering task.
