Wondering why an employee got paid to little commuting allowance or should have paid more for meals eaten? Only when hours of your employee are approved by their manager, so we know 100% that they have worked or eaten a meal, will this count as a day of commuting allowance or a meal eaten on their payslip.
In the example above, only 16 approved shifts will count towards commuting allowance or meals. 6 unapproved shifts will not be counted.
But no worries, once those hours have been approved, a corrected payslip will be ready for them in Pay for you to pay out or deduct from their next salary. It's all automated.
