When a future employee goes through the steps of signing the contract, they also sign for the house rules that apply within your organization. Where you can set up this fixed information within Soigné is explained further on in this article.
When the employee sees this screen, they must agree by checking 'I have read the guidelines' in order to proceed with the contract signing process. The contract also refers to these house rules and states that they are inextricably linked to the contract.
Setting up the house rules
If house rules apply to the entire organization, you can automatically include these in your contract settings. To do this, go to -> Settings -> Contract -> House rules.
Fill in the desired information regarding house rules here and check the 'Show guidelines' box."
From this setting onward, the house rules will automatically be included when sending out a contract proposal.
