Can I pay everyone while excluding one employee?
Yes, you can pay each employee individually. So you can pay everyone from your team, except one employee, if there is something that you are still waiting for for that employee or if that employee is still blocked for some reason.
Just batch everyone you want to pay on the normal pay out date and don't batch the one person you don't want to pay or can't pay yet.
How to still pay an employee that hasn't been paid on time?
Go to Pay > location > correct month. The payslip of the employee you still need to pay will still be there waiting for you to pay them. Once you are ready to pay them, go ahead and batch that last person and pay them. Once everyone is paid for that month you can go ahead and pay the wage tax that will now pop up in the Payouts tab once everybody has been paid.
